Welcome to my blog. This site is in conjunction with my website I wanted to have another outlet to share my blog posts so both sites will contain the same posts but depending on which you prefer you have two viewing options!

I’m a racer but I’m also an avid health nut. In 2013, before I got married, I decided I needed to change my lifestyle. I had a little success, flopped, and went from 290lbs to 315lbs. It was time for change. Racing is a physical sport and lets face it, it’s hard for a 315lbs or even 290lbs driver to fit in the tight confines of a race car.

With all that said, I wanted a place to not only share my racing adventures and passion for the sport but also share my health stories, successes, failures, and hopefully inspire others. I’m also looking for feedback, I’m not a health expert, I’m also still trying to improve my life. So don’t be shy!
